Subscription Terms — International

These Subscription Terms govern the DNA Divine Membership annual subscription for users outside India. They supplement DNA-TOS-INT-001 and DNA-TOS-001.
1. Subscription Overview

15% discount on all Reports and Muhurthas (on listed price, not promotional prices)
Family chart access — up to 5 family member charts
3. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each year at the prevailing price (unless you are a Founder Member with a lifetime price lock). You will be charged on the same date as the original subscription unless you cancel. To cancel auto-renewal: App Settings → Subscription → Cancel Auto-Renewal.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe Inc. Your payment method is charged annually upfront. Failed payments result in a 3-day grace period with 2 retry attempts before the subscription lapses.
5. UK / EU Specific — Distance Selling
If you purchase this subscription without speaking to a sales representative and at a distance (i.e., through the App or web portal), you have a 14-day right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, unless you have explicitly requested that the service commence immediately and acknowledged the loss of your right to cancel.
6. Founder Member — International
International Founder Members who subscribe before 31 July 2026 (or before the Founder quota is exhausted) receive the lifetime price lock at USD 4.99/year. The price lock is personal and non-transferable. It lapses if the subscription is allowed to expire and is not renewed before the expiry date.

International Refund Policy

This policy sets out the refund rights of users outside India. It supplements the refund provisions in DNA-TOS-001.
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy describes your refund rights by product category and jurisdiction. To request a refund, contact us at support@doshanivaran.in with your order number.
2. Digital Reports

| USA | No federal cooling-off for digital goods. No refund once report is generated, except at our discretion. |
| Canada / Australia / Singapore / UAE | No statutory cooling-off for digital goods. Refund at our discretion if report delivery fails. |
| All markets | If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, a full refund is issued automatically within 5 business days. |
3. Muhurtha Services
Once a Muhurtha timing analysis is delivered to the App, the service is fully performed and non-refundable. If delivery fails due to a technical error, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.
4. Annual Subscription
Within 14 days of purchase
Full refund, no questions asked (UK/EU statutory right). Available in all markets as a goodwill policy.
After 14 days (global)
No refund. Subscription continues until expiry, then lapses.
Failed auto-renewal
If payment fails and the subscription lapses, no charge is made. Re-subscribe at prevailing price.
Cancellation
Cancel auto-renewal anytime in App Settings. Subscription continues to paid period end.
5. Consulting Sessions
Cancelled by practitioner
Full refund within 5 business days.
Cancelled by user (>2 hrs notice)
Full refund.
Cancelled by user (<2 hrs notice)
50% refund.
User no-show
No refund.
Technical failure during session
Full refund or full session rescheduled at user's choice.
6. Remedy Marketplace (Japa / Puja / Homam)
Refund available if the service has not yet been performed. Once the purohit has commenced the ritual, refund is not available except in case of a demonstrable failure to perform the service.
