This policy applies to the Dosha Nivaran App web portal (doshanivaran.com). The mobile app does not use browser cookies; this policy covers the web portal only.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They help websites recognise returning visitors, maintain sessions, and improve performance. We use similar technologies including local storage and session tokens in our web portal.

We do not permit any third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on the web portal. We do not use retargeting cookies or share cookie data with advertisers.
4. Your Choices
EU / UK users: A cookie consent banner is displayed on first visit. Essential cookies are set without consent. Analytics cookies require your explicit consent.
All users: You may opt out of analytics cookies at any time via Settings → Privacy → Analytics Preferences on the web portal.
Browser settings: You may delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the web portal from functioning correctly.
5. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the consent banner on the web portal.

CCPA Notice at Collection

This Notice is required under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). It is presented to California residents at the point of account creation.
This notice is for California residents only. If you are not a California resident, please refer to our Global Privacy Policy (DNA-PRIV-001).

Before we collect your personal information, California law requires us to inform you of:

(b) The purposes for which the personal information will be used
(c) Whether we sell or share your personal information (we do not)

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Aja AstroTech does not sell personal information of California residents. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising. Sensitive personal information (including birth date, time, and place) is never used for advertising purposes.
4. Your California Privacy Rights
Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to the necessary purposes listed above.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
5. How to Submit a Request
To submit a CCPA request:

In-app: Settings → Privacy → My Data Requests
We will respond within 45 days. We may extend by an additional 45 days with notice. We will verify your identity before processing your request. You may designate an authorised agent.
